GET TO KNOW ME
I have experience in various school settings from preschool to high and have worked with individuals and families to navigate life's stressors and transitions. As a practicing musician and former process-oriented toddler art teacher, I incorporate creativity to add depth and meaning to therapy. I am currently assisting a research study on chronic pain and have presented on the disenfranchised grief that families and couples face following miscarriage. Additionally, I am a volunteer educator for Young and Healthy’s mindfulness program and often incorporate these practices into my clinical work.
